By creating an account and using the Aerion Motor application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Using the Application
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- The application may only be used with authorized Aerion motorcycles.
- Do not share your account credentials with others.
Remote Vehicle Features
- Features such as Live Tracking, Lock/Unlock, and Performance Settings require an active internet connection.
- Some remote features may be temporarily unavailable due to connectivity issues.
Service Booking
- Booking appointments are subject to dealer availability.
- Users may reschedule or cancel appointments before the scheduled service date.
Limitation of Liability
Aerion is not responsible for service interruptions caused by network providers, GPS availability, or third-party services.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
